Based on your reflections, and on a scale of 1 to 10 (ten being optimal wellbeing), where do you rate your A-physical wellbeing, B-spiritual well-being, C-psychological well-being? Why?
On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate my physical well being as a 2. I have thoughts and good intentions of exercising but never can seem to get around to it. i might say sometimes ok I am going to get up earlier in the mornings to get a workout in. Then it's when I get off work I will work out, but never do. I am also a horrble procrastinator so that's something else that I need to work on. I would rate my spiritual well being as a 7. I am in touch with my spiritual side. My sisters and brothers and my friends are all spiritually connected and have a strong family base. My psychological well being I would rate it as a 9. Simply because I REFUSE to allow bills, work, and just life in general stress me out and have me taking anti-depressants on the regular basis. I have 3 sons and I have to much that needs to be done in a small window of 24 hours to be somewhere bald up in a corner or stretched out on a therapists' couch.
A goal that I would have is to stop procrastinating, become more active in working out, and as far as my psychological well being my spiritual well being takes care of that. My cousin and I have made plans to workout a few days a week when the kids get out of school. Also I need to make myself a timeline for those thinfs that I need to do but wait to the last minute to complete.
